Storm Katie Wreaks Havoc Across Britain

Storm-Katie.jpgTwo people are feared to have been killed by Storm Katie, which brought winds of up to 106mph and wreaked havoc across Britain. A boy watched in horror on Monday as his father was swept under the water when their kayak capsized in a river swollen by rain during Storm Katie. According to witnesses, the man got into trouble and his son waded in to help, as onlookers shouted at him to get back to the bank.
